Validation of new radio sites
By virtue of ARCEP BENIN decision N°2022-026/ARCEP/PT/SE/DJPC/DCT/DAR/GU
ARCEP BENIN laying down the conditions for approval of inspection firms, the procedure for checking the conformity of radioelectric installations and issuing electromagnetic conformity certificates in the Republic of Benin, we carry out inspections of candidate radioelectric sites planned by operators.
This activity consists of studying the operator’s request in order to issue a site authorization where possible.
When all the information complies with the requirements of ARCEP BENIN Decision N°2022-026/ARCEP/PT/SE/DJPC/DCT/DAR/GU, Inter-ministerial Order N°017/MND/MS/MCVDD/MDGL/DC/SGM/CTJ/CJ/SA/017SGG2021 and Decision N°2022-0248/ARCEP/PT/SE/GU, an authorization is issued to the operator.
