Company created in May 2013, DELCOM focuses its expertise on services in the fields of computer networks and telecommunications as well as practical training, opening the prospect of a specific profession.
Since 2020, DELCOM is active in the field of non-ionizing radiation measurements.

History
We are approved by :
– The Ministry of Labor and Public Service (MTFP) as a Continuing Professional Education Center by the Decision N° 2019 129/MTPF/DC/SGM/DGRCE/DPAEMA/SEIR/SA and N° 2021 005/MTFP/DC/SGM/DGRCE/DPAEAESP/SEIRH/SA ; ( see the approval )
– The Regulatory Authority of Electronic Communications and Post (ARCEP BENIN) as a firm of conformity control of radioelectric installations by the Decision N°2022- 254/ARCEP/PT/SE/DJPC/DAR/DCT/GU. ( see the approval )
Composed of several engineers and technicians having between 5 to 10 years of experience, DELCOM has a technical partner, URPHORAN/UAC (Research Unit in Photonics and Digital Broadcasting / University of Abomey-Calavi) which is the first and only laboratory in optical fiber of BENIN. This partnership, as well as these approvals ensure the reliability of our services.
